The service

Hospitality Certificate provides free online courses and paid skill certificates (€7.99 each) for hospitality workers. Certificates are issued after passing an online exam graded on our servers.

What a certificate is

Our certificates are skills credentials. They attest that the named person passed our exam on the named subject. They are not government licences, accredited vocational qualifications, or legally mandated certifications of any kind, and must not be presented as such. Where a job legally requires a regulated qualification, our certificate does not replace it.

Fair use of exams

Exams must be taken personally, by the person named on the certificate. Certificates obtained by impersonation or automated means may be invalidated. Retakes are free.

Payments

Certificate prices are shown before purchase. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
