What we collect

Courses can be studied without an account and without giving us any personal data. When you take an exam, we ask for the name to print on the certificate. Exam answers are sent to our servers for grading and are not stored beyond what is needed to issue the certificate.

Where data lives

Certificates you earn are currently stored on your own device (browser storage). Theme preference is stored on your device. Our servers keep standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP-based rate-limiting counters) to protect the service from abuse.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or send marketing email without your consent.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@hospitalitycertificate.com.
