Refund policy

Before the certificate is issued

If you paid for a certificate and have not yet passed the exam or had the certificate issued, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — in line with your EU consumer rights.

After the certificate is issued

Once a certificate has been issued in your name, the service has been fully delivered and the purchase is no longer refundable, except where required by law or where a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

Failed exams

Failing an exam never costs you anything extra — retakes are free, with different questions each attempt.
